| Payment of Balance | Due on arrival. Charges made for full length of reservation or total package. |
| Minimum Stay Requirements | 3 nights in all units during holiday periods and weekends
June-October (Christmas, New Years, MLK, Presidents, Memorial
Day, Thanksgiving). Two nights for all other weekends November-May. Reservations which include a Friday or Saturday night are subject to minimum stay requirements and weekend rates apply. |
